The relationship between the economic growth, the inflation, and the innovation is an attractive debate in the economics literature. The general consensus argued that the inflation can damage the economic growth, as well as its determinants just like any kind of investments. The literature identified three possible causality relationships between these variables; first is a unidirectional causality called supply-leading hypothesis or demand-following hypothesis. Second is a bidirectional causality that refers to a feedback between the supply and the demand. Third is that there are no causality effects which induce the neutrality hypothesis. On the other hand, the causality linkage between the innovation and the economic growth is well studied in the developed countries but less analyzed in the developing countries where the innovation system is characterized by a low performance and efficiency
