Data Protection

Mit Nabeul is committed to the protection of students' personal data in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular Organic Law No. 2004-63 of July 27, 2004, relating to the protection of personal data. The steps taken with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) ensure compliance with the provisions in force relating to the collection, processing, preservation and archiving of this data as well as the use of surveillance cameras.
